Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order only before it enters the processing stage.

• Cancel your order from your KisanKart account (if available).
• Or contact our Customer Support before the order is processed.
• Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Fresh products are packed specifically for your order.

KisanKart may cancel an order if:

• Product is unavailable.
• Delivery service is unavailable.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Pricing or technical errors occur.
• Any unforeseen operational circumstances arise.

Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements are provided only for genuine issues verified by our support team.

Eligible Cases

• Damaged or spoiled products.
• Incorrect products delivered.
• Missing items from the order.

All issues must be reported at the time of delivery or within 2 hours of receiving the order.

Please share your Order ID, product photos, and a brief description of the issue for verification.

Resolution Options

• Replacement (subject to availability)
• Full or partial refund via UPI
• Coupon code for future purchases

Refund Not Applicable

• Complaint reported after 2 hours.
• Products consumed or partially used.
• Improper storage after delivery.
• Natural variation in fresh produce.
• Incorrect address or customer unavailable.
• False or unverifiable claims.

Refund Method

As KisanKart currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only, approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed through:

• UPI ID
• Google Pay (GPay)
• PhonePe
• Other supported UPI apps
• Bank Transfer (if UPI is unavailable)

Approved refunds or coupon codes are generally processed within 5–7 business days after successful verification.
